The title track to Fox's upcoming sophomore album, Texas Dust, was born from a newly recovered stack of his grandfather's Army records that revealed the arc of his grandfather's life as a Southern migrant worker turned Sergeant wrestling with the impacts of loss and grief in his young family.

Featuring Fox on fiddle and mandolin, this bluegrass-inspired song explores the themes of place, family, and concern for loved ones that are prevalent throughout Fox's sophomore album. St Louis is Fox's first co-write with his wife (and graphic designer), Elizabeth Kelley.
